Koronadal City, South Cotabato – The 4Ps Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) successfully convened its second quarterly meeting on August 20, 2025, bringing key indicators to assess progress, evaluate performance scorecards and strategically plan for upcoming challenges.
During the meeting, the RPMO team presented a comprehensive report on the program’s progress against its key performance indicators. The discussion focused on both successes and challenges in the implementation of the program, including beneficiary compliance, timely disbursement of grants and community engagement initiatives.
However, the core of the discussion, as emphasized by Assistant Regional Director for Operation Bonifacio V. Selma Jr., was the urgent need to address the issue of cash card pawning. “This practice undermines the very purpose of our program, which is to provide financial assistance directly to our beneficiaries for their essential needs”. He also challenged the RPMO staff to develop innovative and effective strategies to combat this issue.
The RPMO reaffirmed its commitment to the program’s objectives. The insights gained from the scorecard review and the planning session will be integrated into the next quarter’s action plan. The office is confident that by addressing the identified issues and leveraging its successes, it will drive positive change and achieve its mission.
