Congratulations to Ashlee Michelle A. Lacsi (Grade 12) and Lance P. Agripo (Grade 7) of Isulan National High School, proudly representing Barangay Kalawag 1, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat as LITTLE BOARD MEMBERS of the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Youth Official Counterpart Program.

As 4Ps children turned youth leaders, Ashlee and Lance join other outstanding young officials in a transformative journey that goes beyond simply observing governance they will experience it firsthand. From leadership training, write-shops, and community immersions to project pitching, mock sessions, and a learning trip to the House of Representatives and the Senate in Manila, this program serves as a leadership laboratory, shaping today’s students into tomorrow’s public servants.

They will serve in their roles from August to December 2025, gaining a deep and meaningful understanding of what it truly means to lead and serve.

Included in the photos is a special moment from their meeting with Sultan Kudarat Provincial Governor Hon. Datu Pax Ali S. Mangudadatu, a firm believer in empowering the youth through action not just words. His support reinforces the province’s commitment to giving young people the chance to lead now.

Their achievement is more than a personal milestone , it is a powerful symbol of hope, empowerment, and the strength of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). Ashlee and Lance are showing the province and the nation that 4Ps Children are capable, driven, and ready to lead.
