The first-ever Nationwide Knowledge Sharing Session on the Technology Transfer of the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program was successfully conducted, gathering participants from various regions and Local Government Units (LGUs) across the country. The virtual session served as a platform to discuss the program framework, implementation strategies, and partnership mechanisms to support interested LGUs in replicating and localizing the initiative.
An Audio-Visual Presentation highlighted the milestones and implementation processes of the Technology Transfer initiative, followed by the Message of Challenge from City Mayor Atty. Jose Paolo M. Evangelista, who encouraged participating LGUs to sustain and adapt the program in their respective communities. During the Open Forum, participants from different regions actively raised questions and clarifications, which were comprehensively addressed by the program management team, resulting in a productive and insightful exchange.
Certificates were also formally presented to the City Government of Kidapawan and the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XII by the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program – National Program Management Office (TBTP-NPMO), represented by Ms. Kristiane L. Romero, OIC Division Chief of the Program Support Division and Program Implementation Division, in recognition of their partnership and support in advancing the Technology Transfer initiative.
