The DSWD XII continues to embark on a significant endeavor to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable contributions of its social and development workers under its flagship program, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

In the recent awarding ceremony held yesterday, January 29, DSWD XII Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya personally congratulated the outstanding contribution of the 4Ps field implementers in the four (4) provinces and technical workers from the Regional Program Management Office that showcased exceptional dedication in the realm of public service.

This year’s awarding ceremony comprises three distinct categories: Operations-Based Awards, Regional PRAISE awards and Special Citation Awards.

Mr. Joel Sulpot, a multi-awarded employee from General Santos City who received Outstanding Cluster Grievance Officer and Best Technical Staff said that he is beyond grateful for being recognized in the regional level.

“I will continue to help my colleagues in the field and to do more innovations to better implement the 4Ps in my area of assignment,” said Sulpot during his acceptance speech.

Meanwhile, Assistant Regional Director for Operations Bonifacio V. Selma Jr. and Regional Program Coordinator of 4Ps Naifah S. Balindong commended all the nominees for being the instruments in improving the lives of program’s beneficiaries.

‘Parangal at Pagpupugay’ is a platform that validates, motivates and rewards 4Ps workers to an enhanced self-esteem, pride and a sense of accomplishment knowing that one has contributed positively to the society they served.
