Inside Regional Rehabilitation for the Youth (RRCY) located in Tupi, South Cotabato, a mobile teacher scheduled an ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM or ALS by givinglessons and providing lecture and workshops for young boys who were identified as “in conflict with the law”.
And only recently at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center, three residents of RRCY graduated from ALS.
One resident was awarded Loyalty Award having passed the Elementary and High School Acceleration and Equivalency Test.
RRCY today caters boys or juvenile by providing care and rehabilitation.
