Headed by no less than the DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, the payout was succesfully implemented to these students who will serve as Tutors and Youth Development Workers(YDW) for the Tara Basa Program.

Tara Basa Tutoring Program will commence on the 1st of July and will run for 20 sessions benefitting Grade 2 students who are non-readers or having difficulty in reading.

Present during the pay out were Usec. Eduardo Punay, Asec. Baldr Bringas, Asec. Irene Dumlao, City Mayor Lorelie Pacquiao as well as Regional Director Loreto Jr. Cabaya and officers.

The pay out was held at East Dadiangas Elementary School for the 217 Tutors and 48 YDWs.
