DSWD 12 chief Sarah Tanggol Taha faces bona fide members of the tri-media here in Cotabato City to launch Listahanan-ARMM, a database of poor households in the country.
Listahanan is a targetting system that identifies who and where the poor are.
The database can be accessed thru:
1.) Submitting letter-request to DSWD XII
2.) Signed MOA
