Teresita Guylan, provincial link of DSWD XII for South Cotabato presents the status of implementation of the govt’s conditional cash transfer program or 4Ps.
She said that 40, 488 active beneficiaries in SoCot benefit from the program in 2016.
“Pantawid families have crossed the road to self sufficiency because of convergence efforts of the govt,” she said.
Some programs for poor families include employment facilitation, livelihood skills training, scholarships, referral to ALS, and health and sanitation initiatives among others.
