General Santos City – To improve social marketing content and context to social media platform postings of the Department, Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI CIDSS) conducted a Social Marketing Workshop to its Area Coordinating Teams (ACT) in the Region.
80 participants from different ACTs attended the two-day activity: Day 1 for Basic Writing and Videography and Day 2 for Photography and Geotagging held on Aug 10-11, 2023.
ACT will aid the Social Marketing Unit for advocacy promotion to nurture the DSWD’s relationships with its publics and stakeholders, as part of Secretary’s mandate to strengthen communication between partners and clientele and continuously promote the programs objectives and achievements.
Regional Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya encouraged every staff to aid in the promotion of KALAHI CIDSS activities.
“Mas maganda kasi na nababasa o nakikita ng mga tao o manonood na meron tayong ginagawa, kung baga proof ito ng inyong effort. This is also our way to digitalize our accomplishments,” said Cabaya.
Jay Dayupay lectured Basic Writing, Artimeo Orillanida Jr. discussed Videography, Photography was discussed by Isidro Cabailo Jr. while Monitoring & Evaluation Unit (M&E) of KALAHI CIDSS XII headed by their Project Evaluation Officer IV Christine June Arapoc shared things to know about the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reintroduced the geotagging web-app of program.
