KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, December 9, 2014– Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)field office 12 workers and volunteers prepare family food packs in support to relief operations in areas affected by Typhoon Ruby. As of today, a total of 16,800 family food packs are already on transit to Tacloban City according to Bonifacio V. Selma, Head of the Protective Services Unit of DSWD 12.
